Workshops are held twice a year on Saturdays from 10 am-3 pm in Oklahoma City, OK. Our goal for the workshops is to dig into topics that grow the mind, body, spirit and family. You will walk away with hands on tools to apply to your everyday life.

We're helping women grow stronger every day.

Our heart is that the women and families of REAL grow stronger in mind, body, spirit, and family. We feel the best way to do that is to be part of a supportive community of people that walks alongside the single mother and her family.
Support leads to growth. Growth leads to life change.
